SME is dedicated to the provision of one-stop solutions to any customer with the demand on combustion safety, covering boiler furnace safety and protection, boiler automatic combustion control,conservation, etc. It is also providing professional, well-organized program design, field conditioning, user training, after-sale service, standby parts, and upgrade and maintenance services.

Driven by high-efficiency services, SME is provided with the distribution network now covering countries and regions like China, India, Iran, Serbia and Montenegro, Indonesia, etc. and the business scope has spread over a variety of sectors. At present, SME has set up a distribution channel across China and 6 offices in 6 cities in China including Harbin, Jinan and Guangzhou, thus assuring the broad customers of more considerate and specialized services.
Our History
SME, established since 1994, was entitled the High- and New-tech Enterprise in Shanghai in 2004.In the following year it was certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality systems. In 2006 SME was entitled the “Little Giant High-tech Enterprise” in Shanghai.
In 2007 SME was building a powerful and leading information system in line with IBM, expecting to improve the services by IT and to enter a new historical period.
Corporate Citizen and Social Responsibility
SME has made a solemn commitment towards “Social Responsibility” from the very beginning, undertaking the due responsibilities and obligations as a corporate citizen by adopting the procedures and strategies identical to that in business drive.
SME, therefore, honors the principle “Quality First, Customer Foremostt” as always and has been appraised as a model unit for “Honoring Contract and Credit Standing” for years. While in the pursuit of business growth, the company has never ignored return to the society in that it donates to the Shanghai Charity Foundation and Xuhui District Education Foundation regularly every year and engages in public welfare frequently for poverty relieving in local communications and for students.
Events
- August 1994: SME was founded and became an agent of FORNEY.
- May 1996: SME completed the 6# unit flame detection system at Hengyun Power Plant, Guangdong Province, which marks its first large-scale power project.
- 1999: SME, thanks to our superior engineering capabilities, became the China Engineering Service Center and a level-1 agent in China for FORNEY, a well-known combustion safety provider in the United States.
- 2000: SME entered international market by supplying FSSS equipment to a plant in former Yugoslavia.
- 2001: The FSSS equipment of the SAHAND2X330MW unit, Iran, was complete. 2003: The 2X300MW unit in Central Java, Indonesia, was complete.
- 2004: entitled High- and New-tech Enterprise in Shanghai.
- 2004: SME won the bid for the 4X1000MW unit for Huaneng Yuhuan, becoming a leader in the industry.
- 2005: Obtained ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 certification.
- 2005~2006: SME set up offices in Guangzhou, Jinan, Harbin, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou and Hohehot, successively, boasting of a nationwide distribution network.
- 2006: SME became contractor of FSSS equipment projects for near 20 units including YAMUNA2x300MW in India, JAHASUGUDA6X600MW, Tengda 2X300MW, Jinda, etc.
- 2007: SME accomplished the ITSP with IBM.
- 2007: SME was entitled the “Creditable Enterprise in Shanghai” because of the outstanding achievement in credit management.
- 2008: SME established System Optimization and Combustion Product Business Departments through reorganization, building a business channel platform for the power undertaking vigorously.
